The Additive Augmentor
The Additive Augmentor allows users to pre-emptively choose and add additional content into their social media feed, to help them achieve different goals: such as learning about a new topic. It was inspired by the Kantian principle of a categorical imperative, as it allows users to resist in-the-moment urges to view certain content (that unsolicited algorithms feed). Instead, it allows users to decide how and what they wish to consume on their social media feeds.

The Interconnector
The Interconnector helps find, match and introduce people together for different purposes, other than just dating (it’s not a dating app). Based on information about the user and given their preferences and the community groups they are part of, it recommends and introduces people to connect with. It also helps with scheduling and setting up video calls. The whole thing is customisable and can be styled for different people and groups, acting like a ‘white-label’. Community groups can effectively create their own matching and introducing app, specific for their purposes. Such as helping introduce and connect members together for peer support, or for exchanging knowledge in a company. Individuals can also use The Interconnector directly, to help connect with different members.
